Peter began competitive shooting over fourteen years ago, progressing through club, state, and national levels. His dedication and skill led to his selection in 2011 as a member of the Australian Shooting Team, representing Australia at the World Benchrest Championships in France.

Throughout his competitive career, Peter has consistently achieved top-tier results, finishing in the Top 10 across all four benchrest classes—Sporter, Light Varmint, Heavy Varmint, and Experimental—at State-level competitions in New South Wales, Queensland, the Australian Capital Territory, Victoria, and South Australia.

In recognition of his sustained excellence, Peter has earned all four prestigious range medals: Silver, Gold, Ruby, and Diamond.
